Picanha do Sérgio Reis

Modo de Preparo:

Limpe a picanha deixando a camada de gordura.
Esfregue bastante sal fino em toda a carne (mais que o usado habitualmente).
Passe farinha de trigo em toda ela.
Arrume a picanha em uma assadeira de maneira que a gordura fique virada para cima.
Com as mãos, faça uma camada grossa de farinha em cima da gordura. leve para assar (sem papel alumínio ou celofane) por mais ou menos 1h30min (fure com uma faca fina se sair sangue deixe assar mais).

Ingredients
  • -1 picanha em peça
  • -sal o suficiente para salgar a picanha mais que o normal
  • -farinha de trigo
