Grão de Bico Especial

Modo de Preparo

Cozinhe o grão-de-bico na água com o louro e o sal, na panela de pressão, por 1 hora. A parte, em uma frigideira grande, frite o bacon no óleo, junte a cebola, depois a carne e, por último, o paio e a linguiça. Deixe refogar bem, acrescente os tomates e junte o grão-de-bico, com a cenoura. Deixe terminar o cozimento. Finalize com a salda. Sirva quente com arroz.

Ingredients
  • 500g de grão-de-bico
  • 1 colher (chá) de sal
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
  • 100g de bacon em cubos
  • 500g de carne-de-sol em cubos
  • 1 linguiça calabresa em rodelas
  • 2 tomates sem pele e picados
  • 1 cenoura ralada Salsa picada
  • 1 e ½ litro de água
  • 1 paio em rodelas
  • Folhas de louro
  • 1 cebola picada
