Frango à parmegiana

Modo de preparo

Em uma panela , aqueça o óleo e doure levemente a cebola. Junte o frango desfiado e refogue por três minutos, mexendo sempre. Retire do fogo e junte o requeijão, misturando bem. Reserve.
Molho
Num refratário médio untado, alterne camadas de molho, frango, mussarela e parmesão. Leve ao forno, preaquecido, em temperatura média até os queijos derreterem. Sirva.

  • . 1 cebola média picada
  • . 3 ½ xícaras (chá) de frango cozido e desfiado
  • . 1 copo de requeijão cremoso
  • Molho
  • . 1 ½ xícara (chá) de molho de tomate
  • . 1 xícara (chá) de mussarela ralada
  • . ½ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado
