Espaguete ao strogonoff

– Corte a carne em tirinhas, tempere com sal e pimenta e frite na manteiga. Acrescente a cebola e refogue bem.
– Coloque a água e deixe cozinhar até amaciar a carne. Adicione o catchup e o champignon, logo em seguida coloque o creme de leite.
– Sirva sobre o espaguete cozido.

  • 500g de contrafilé
  • 1 pacote de espaguete
  • 2 cl. sopa de manteiga
  • 1 cebola picada
  • 1 caixa de creme de leite
  • 1 vidro de champignon fatiado
  • ½ xc. chá de catchup
  • 1 xc. chá de água
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto
