Coxa assada na cerveja

Modo de preparo

Tempere as coxas com o alho espremido, o suco de limão, a cebola e os temperos a gosto. Deixe no tempero por uma hora. Retire as coxas do tempero e enrole-as com as fatias de bacon – prenda com palito e arrume-as em uma assadeira. Cubra-as com tempero, acrescente ½ lata de cerveja e leve ao forno quente para assar. Durante o cozimento acrescente o restante da cerveja e vá regando as coxas com o molho que se forma no fundo da assadeira.

  • 6 coxas de frango
  • 6 fatias de bacon
  • 1 lata de cerveja
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão
  • 1 cebola média
  • Temperos a gosto
