<div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text">Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, cream or half and half, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the coconut and beat for another minute to thoroughly combine.</div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text">Dump the coconut mixture on top of the cooled brownies and spread it around into an even layer. Refrigerate while you prepare the ganache.</div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text">In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the cream and chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Pour the ganache over the coconut topped brownies, smoothing the top. If you&#8217;d like to sprinkle the top of the brownies with additional shredded coconut, do so now, while the ganache is still soft.</div>

<li id="mpprecipe-instruction-0" class="instruction">Heat the oven to 350F. Line a 13&#215;9 inch baking pan with parchment paper , leaving about 1 inch of paper hanging on the sides. Set aside.</li>
<li id="mpprecipe-instruction-1" class="instruction">In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, and salt. Stir in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.</li>
<li id="mpprecipe-instruction-2" class="instruction">Press 2/3 of the mixture on the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the chopped pecans and chocolate (both the chips and chopped one) over the crust.</li>
<li id="mpprecipe-instruction-3" class="instruction">In a small saucepan, combine caramels and heavy cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.</li>
<li id="mpprecipe-instruction-4" class="instruction">Pour the caramel in the pan, over the chocolate and pecans.</li>
<li id="mpprecipe-instruction-5" class="instruction">Crumble the reserved oatmeal cookie dough over the caramel layer.</li>

Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, being careful not to over-thicken (or your glaze will be more like Jell-O consistency once cooled). Transfer to a large bowl and stir in Jell-O and lemon juice. Cool to room temperature. Set aside.</span></div>

<p><strong>How to Make Red White and Blue Strawberry Shortcake</strong> 
<p>You will need: 
<ul>
<li>Strawberries</li>
<li>Angel Food Cake, Pound Cake or Biscuits</li>
<li>Colored Whipped Cream</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp; 
<p>First you need Strawberries.  Wash them, dry them, cut them up and set them aside. 
<p>&nbsp; 
<p>We usually use Angel Food cake cut into cubes for Strawberry Shortcake but it also tastes good with pound cake, biscuits and actual shortbread. 
<p>The ingredient that takes our Red White and Blue Strawberry Shortcake from great to spectacular is our blue Colored Whipped Cream.  It is so easy to make, tastes better than Cool Whip or Canned Whipped Cream and will wow your guests. 
<p>&nbsp; 
<p>To assemble the Red White and Blue Strawberry Shortcake, first add a layer of your cake of choice and then a second layer of ripe strawberries. <center><div class="anuncio-mobile"></div></center> 
<p>Put the blue Colored Whipped Cream in a plastic bag and cut off the tip of one of the bottom corners.

<li class="instruction">Add powdered sugar to mixing bowl.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add softened sticks of butter</li>
<li class="instruction">Add 2 tbsps of eggnog</li>
<li class="instruction">Beat on low until powdered sugar is incorporated. Then move mixer up to medium-high speed. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl often. When completely mixed the frosting may appear dry.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add more eggnog, a little bit at a time until frosting is the proper consistency.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add Nutmeg.</li>

<p>An easy and fun treat for Easter, Mother’s Day or a Spring Brunch. 
<p id="ingredients"><strong>INGREDIENTS:</strong>

<li class="ingredient">Pretzel Snaps</li>
<li class="ingredient">Hershey Kisses</li>
<li class="ingredient">Caramel Candy</li>
<li class="ingredient">Easter M&amp;M Candy</li>
</ul>

<p id="directions"><strong>DIRECTIONS:</strong> <center><div class="anuncio-mobile"></div></center>

<p class="p1">Each Spring Caramel Pretzel Bite will use one Caramel ball and one Chocolate Kiss. 
<ol class="ol1">
<li class="li1">Using a sharp knife, cut the caramel candy piece in half. Then use the palm of your hand to roll the two pieces of caramel into balls.</li>
<li class="li1">For the kisses, use the knife to slice off the pointy top of the chocolate candy.  This will give you just the right amount of chocolate for the pretzel bite.</li>
<li class="li1">To assemble the Pretzel Bites, take the caramel ball and gently press it onto the Pretzel Snap, flattening the caramel until it is slightly smaller than the pretzel itself.</li>
<li class="li1">Then melt the Chocolate Kisses in the microwave for approximately 50 seconds with the Kisses bottom down/cut-side up.</li>
<li class="li1">When you take the slightly melted Kiss out of the oven, press a single M&amp;M onto the top as shown above.</li>
<li class="li1">Finally, place the chocolate kisses into the freezer for 3-5 minutes so they will firm back up.</li>
<li class="li1">Once the chocolate has cooled, use the tip of a knife to transfer the chocolate disc unto the caramel disc.</li>
<li class="li1">Press down gently, the sticky caramel will grab unto the chocolate and they be firmly attached.</li>

<p>We’ve taken our amazing Buttercream Frosting recipe to the next level by adding delicious fresh raspberries. It definitely is The Best Raspberry Buttercream Frosting you’ve ever tasted!

<li class="ingredient">5 cups of Powdered Sugar</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 6oz. clamshell of Rasberries</li>
<li class="ingredient">Decorating Bags</li>
<li class="ingredient">Wilton 2D Decorating Tip</li>

<li class="ingredient">Small Blender/Food Processor</li>
<li class="ingredient">Food Sieve/Strainer</li>
</ul>

<li class="instruction">Puree the raspberries and then run the pureed raspberries through a sieve. (You should have 1/2 cup of Raspberry puree.)</li>
<li class="instruction">In a mixer, add the powdered sugar.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the softened butter and cream together on low speed until the powdered sugar and butter are completely combined.</li>
<li class="instruction">Continue to beat on medium speed until the frosting is creamy.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the 1/2 cup of Pureed Raspberries.</li>
<li class="instruction">If the frosting is too thin, add 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar. Keep adding powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until you have the frosting at the desired consistency.</li>
