Bolo de trufa de laranja com sorvete de chocolate

Modo de Preparo

1. Em banho-maria, derreta o chocolate branco com o suco de laranja e o creme de leite, misturando até incorporar todos os ingredientes.
2. Retire do fogo, acrescente as raspas de laranja e deixe esfriar.
3. Retire o sorvete do freezer 10 minutos antes de moldar o bolo.
4. Em uma forma para bolo com furo central, coloque metade do sorvete e pressione com uma colher.
5. Despeje o creme de laranja e por cima o restante do sorvete, também pressionando com a colher para moldar na forma.
6. Leve ao freezer por 6 horas ou até endurecer. Na hora de servir, desenforme e decore a gosto.
Dica use o sabor de sorvete de sua preferência.

  • 2 litros de sorvete de chocolate
  • . 500 g de chocolate branco picado
  • . 1/2 xícara (chá) de suco de laranja
  • . 1 colher (sopa) de raspas de casca de laranja
  • . 1 lata de creme de leite
