Modo de preparo

Colocar o sagu de molho por 10 minutos
Depois em uma panela, colocar o vinho, a água, o sagu, o cravo e a canela e cozinhar em fogo médio, mexendo de vez em quando, por meia hora
Quando o líquido se reduzir à quase metade e as bolinhas não estiverem mais brancas ele estará pronto
Desligar o fogo e continuar mexendo, acrescentar o açúcar e mexer mais um pouco
Servir gelado

  • 1 1/2 xícaras de sagu
  • 1 xícara de açúcar
  • Cravo da índia e canela em casca a gosto
